These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of houseofounce.shop and any purchase you make from House of Ounce ("we," "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

  1. Eligibility — 21+ only

You must be at least 21 years old to use this Site and to purchase our products. By placing an order, you represent that you are 21 or older, that the recipient is 21 or older, and that it is legal for you to purchase and receive these products in your location. We may require age verification and may refuse or cancel any order.

  1. Our products

We sell hemp-derived products made from hemp grown in compliance with the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 (the "2018 Farm Bill"), containing no more than 0.3% delta-9 THC on a dry-weight basis. Our products are independently lab-tested. These products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.   1. Legality and your responsibility

Laws regarding hemp-derived products vary by state and locality and change frequently. It is your responsibility to know and follow the laws that apply to you. You agree that you are purchasing these products in compliance with all laws that apply to you, and you accept full responsibility for ordering them. We reserve the right not to ship to any location where we believe a sale or shipment may not be lawful (see our Shipping Policy).

  1. Orders, pricing, and payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may correct pricing errors, limit quantities, and refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent. Payment is processed by a third-party payment processor; by placing an order you authorize us and our processor to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order.

  1. Shipping and risk of loss

Shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier, except where required otherwise by law.

  1. Returns

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

  1. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to resell our products except under an authorized wholesale agreement, to misrepresent your age or identity, or to interfere with the Site's operation or security.

  1. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, logos, images, and design — is owned by or licensed to House of Ounce and may not be used without our permission.

  1. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim all warranties not expressly stated. To the maximum extent permitted by law, House of Ounce is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

  1. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold House of Ounce harmless from claims arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of our products.

  1. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

  1. Promotions and discount codes

Promotional offers and discount codes apply only to eligible products, as indicated at the time of the offer. Certain products — including new releases, vapes, concentrates, and bulk sizes — may be excluded. Unless we expressly state otherwise, one discount code or automatic offer may be applied per order, discount codes are limited to one use per customer, and offers cannot be combined. We may modify or end any promotion at any time. Promotional offers have no cash value.

  1. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
