Where we ship

We ship to adults 21 and older within the United States, except to states and localities where our products are not legal or where we choose not to ship. Because laws on hemp-derived products vary by state and change often, we reserve the right not to ship to any address where we believe a shipment may not be lawful, and to cancel and refund any order we cannot ship.

We currently do not ship to: Arkansas, Idaho, Kansas, Nebraska, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, South Dakota, and West Virginia.

By placing an order, you confirm that these products are legal to receive at your shipping address and that you are 21 or older.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. Some orders may take longer during high-volume periods or if we need to verify order details.

Shipping methods and cost

We ship via USPS. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout. Qualifying orders ship free — the threshold and any promotions are shown at checkout.

Discreet packaging

Every order ships in plain, discreet packaging with tracking. There is no product branding on the outside of the box.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Delivery, signatures, and lost packages

An adult 21 or older may be required to be present to accept delivery. We are not responsible for packages once they are marked delivered by the carrier, or for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact support@houseofounce.shop and we'll help resolve it.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly, but we'll do what we can to help.
