Our 30-day satisfaction promise
If you're not satisfied with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@houseofounce.shop and we'll work with you on a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email support@houseofounce.shop within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll cover a replacement or refund at no cost to you, including return shipping when a return is needed.
Returns of opened products
For health and safety reasons, we generally cannot accept returns of products once they've been opened or used, except where the product was damaged, defective, or sent in error. Unopened products in their original, sealed packaging may be eligible for return within 30 days — contact us first to start the process. Do not ship anything back before we've confirmed a return; returns sent without prior authorization may not be refunded.
How refunds work
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Once we receive and inspect any returned item (when a return is required), please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to post, depending on your bank or card issuer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where an order was damaged, defective, or sent in error.
Non-returnable items
Sale or clearance items, gifts with purchase, and free promotional items are not eligible for refund. Wholesale orders are subject to separate terms provided at the time of order.
Order cancellations and changes
We move fast to get orders out the door. If you need to cancel or change an order, email us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we can't cancel it, but our return process above still applies.
